Well, now that my site works again (had trouble getting my post to show up), here's what I been doing lately.

Spaceships were nice, but this is better ^.^

My site had the annoying habi of downscaling my uploaded images to a certain size, and compressing them while at it. But I figured out what that problem was. Well it was a setting really not a bug per se but a problem for me. And now, it's fixed! ^.^

So dont hesitate to go into the galleries and have a look at the images there again, now that they're all displayed on their intended size and quality.

What if... there were no hypothetical questions? :o

On a nother note... What if I decided I would do comissions to earn a little money on the side. Purely hypothetical so dont start sending me your character reference sheets just yet.

What could (or should) I charge for them, seeing the average quality of my work? What would you pay for a comission by me?

 Yesterday, I got to play around with a crawler digging machine :)

Not a LEGO one, or even an RC one, nooo... A real, 1:1 scale digger :D

Hundreds of horsepowers and able to take huge chunks out of anything you can think of, at my fingertips just feels awesome XD

Also, feeling the machine doing what you want it to (well not exactly till I get a better feel for it), that more then 30 tonnes of mechanics, electronics, and hydraulics is just fantastic for a tech lover like me. I love machines, and bigger is indeed better :D

An' thanks to me ol' lover dragon, an' a neat lil' implant in this here site, everything here's in Pirate! Arrrr!

Well honestly, not as much pirate as me and the dragon had hoped, it's rather subtle. And where I think usually subtlety is a good thing,  could have appreciated more piracy. Yarr.

Can now be seen in the Second Life gallery. And please, leave a comment to let me know what you think of it! Yes even when you think it stinks, I wanna know :) How else am I to improve myself if I dont know what to improve? Amirite?

The end result of that was that most of you are desperately waiting for a new Darkfoxx Masterpiece Of Great Beauty, or at least cared enough for my amateur scribblings to vote to poke me.

More experimentation with video...

I learned that:

Not all AVI's are AVI's that my computer can handle

Frapps AVI's can be played but not edited

I need a MAC for that kind of stuff

Photoshop is ideal for editing videos but only small ones and of a certain format.

GIF files get very large if the video is longer (like the original 500 frames of this)

And my site doesnt support looping video. At least, there is no option to let it loop a short vid.

Anyway, grab a magnifying glass, and enjoy the show :3
